Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 31, 2026

1. Services

Codeo Media Inc. ("we," "us") provides digital services including SEO consulting, app and game development, AI solutions, and web development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access, and materials required to complete projects. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future work.

4. Payment

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. NDAs are available upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
